About Picklebook

Picklebook provides software tools for court owners to publish availability, accept booking requests, manage pricing and operating hours, and organize customer information derived from bookings. Players and guests can reserve courts through your public booking page without creating a Picklebook account.

Picklebook is designed to simplify scheduling and administration. It is not a payment processor and does not collect court fees, deposits, or other payments on behalf of court owners or customers.

• Court owners and operators — create an account, configure your facility, and manage bookings through the Picklebook dashboard.
• Players and guests — book available court time through a court owner's public booking page by providing basic contact details.

Picklebook is developed and operated by Something Techie. Something Techie is responsible for maintaining the platform, providing support, and improving the service over time.

Picklebook does not process, collect, hold, or facilitate payments for court bookings. Any amounts shown on booking pages are informational estimates based on settings configured by the court owner. Payment, refunds, disputes, and cancellations between customers and court operators are handled outside the platform unless otherwise agreed directly between those parties.

Users should exercise due diligence and verify that they are dealing with legitimate pickleball courts, facilities, clubs, and operators before making bookings or payments.
